Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

FindLead is a marketplace platform that connects individuals seeking short-term or cash-in-hand work ("Job Seekers") with individuals or businesses offering such jobs ("Job Posters" or "Employers"). FindLead does not vet, endorse, employ, or control the Job Posters or Job Seekers, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or legality of job listings or candidate profiles.

FindLead is not a recruitment agency, employer, or representative of any party using the platform.

2. User Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Reside in the United Kingdom;
• Have the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently delete any user account, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your profile and job postings;
• Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including employment and tax regulations.

FindLead is not responsible for verifying identities, qualifications, or legal right to work. All due diligence must be conducted independently by users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Post jobs or content that is abusive, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise offensive;
• Circumvent platform features or security;
• Solicit payment outside the platform for job access or related services.

We reserve the right to remove any content or account without notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

FindLead provides a neutral venue for connecting users and is not involved in any agreement, contract, payment, employment, or dispute between users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, personal injury, financial loss, or other issues arising out of your interactions with other users;
• We do not guarantee job quality, worker performance, or payment;
• We are not responsible for any consequences of misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation by users.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. No Guarantee of Job or Worker

FindLead does not:

• Guarantee that jobs will be available;
• Guarantee that applicants will be suitable or respond;
• Guarantee any earnings, engagements, or outcomes.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violating any part of this Agreement;
• Engaging in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• Acting in a way that damages the integrity or reputation of the Platform or other users.

No refunds or compensation will be issued in the event of termination for cause.

8. Fees and Monetization

Use of the Platform is currently free for all users. FindLead is funded through advertising, including but not limited to AdMob by Google.

We reserve the right to introduce additional features, services, or fees in the future, and will notify users via updates to this Agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (logos, text, design, software) is owned or licensed by Novajup LTD. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Users retain ownership of content they post but grant FindLead a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and promote such content in connection with the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that we may:

• Monitor activity on the Platform to detect abuse;
• Store and process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and other applicable laws.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party services, including Stripe (for payment), Google AdMob (for advertising), and mapping tools. FindLead is not responsible for any third-party content or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindLead and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, income, or contracts;
• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions in service;
• Content posted by users or third parties.

Total liability is limited to the greater of £10 or the amount you paid to use the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novajup LTD, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
• Your breach of these Terms.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
